This is my first weekly Three Things Thursday. Every week I will share or review 3 things. Today’s theme is health and fitness:
1. Chocolate VEGA Whole Food Optimizer
Formulated by Brendan Brazier, vegan, professional Ironman triathlete and best-selling author on performance nutrition, Vega is made exclusively from natural plant-based whole foods. Why do I love it?
- Contains 100% Recommended Daily Intake of Vitamins & Minerals.
- Alkaline forming
- High in Fibre
- Free of most common allergens including artificial sweeteners, dairy, gluten, soy, wheat and yeast.
- Gives me the energy to do what I love.
2. www.runningmap.com
Runningmap is an easy-to-use route mapping site for runners. The settings allow you to see the map, in a satellite or hybrid view. You can also choose miles or kilometres. What’s your favourite running route?
3. Nike Training Club app
This free app has over 60 custom-built workouts featuring audio guidance and on-demand instruction. You can choose full-body workouts which are 30 or 45 minutes or targeted workouts for 15 minutes. Some workouts require hand weights, a medicine ball and a skipping rope. I have done a few workouts without the props and improvised until I got the equipment and it worked out well.
